Tbh mate i wouldn `t worry about it.

It`s an older engine and the rings etc will be a little worn etc. Thats where it`ll be using a little oil, but as long as it`s running well and not burning too much fuel it`ll be fine.

On to driver side.

Plan was to re-inforce the middle to retain it`s shape and "strength"

Then move towards rear.

Then finish at the front. :shock:

Glenn, I think it was to be honest. I`m seeing Splits advertised for £20 to £25k which are hiding rotted metal possible just as bad as mine. I`ve seen Splits at Ed`s and DTH`s workshops that have been bought for serious money only to find they are rotted in behind the buckets of body filler and fibr...
